WINNGOO FAME provides a platform for filmmakers to submit their reels for competitions. Participants may pay an entry fee and compete for various prizes.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Participants must submit a reel that is between 30 to 60 seconds long. By submitting your reel, you grant WINNGOO FAME the right to use, display, and promote your submission for competition purposes.
All entry fee payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our website. By submitting your payment, you agree to pay the entry fee and any applicable taxes.
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights in your submitted content. However, by submitting your work, you grant WINNGOO FAME a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your submission, in whole or in part. This license does not affect your ownership rights.
WINNGOO FAME reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to disqualify any participant for violating the Terms of Service.
Grounds for Disqualification:
WINNGOO FAME’s decision regarding disqualification is final and binding. The company reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WINNGOO FAME and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In jurisdictions where such limitations are not fully enforceable, WINNGOO FAME’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WINNGOO FAME, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your participation in the competition.
WINNGOO FAME reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
